Buy WoW Forever Gold at Launch-Day Rates
Forever has no realms — one mega-server for the Americas, one for Europe, and a gameplay style inside each. Here is what WoW Forever gold costs on the open market today, and what our seller will charge from November 4.
Rates by gameplay style
Price follows the style, not the region and not the faction — that is what the market actually shows today. Pick your mega-server and faction so the order lands where you play; the number will not move.
Rates in US dollars per single gold piece. “Market today” is the cheapest price any seller is asking for the same gameplay style, read on November 3, 2026 — beta gold, on characters wiped November 4. Nothing here is on sale yet: the game is not out, and we will not draw you a stock counter for it. We re-price on November 18, once there are 2 weeks of real launch trades to read.
Why the Americas and Europe are listed apart: they are separate game regions, not two halves of one world. An account is tied to the region its subscription was bought in, characters live on the mega-server of that region only, and there is no mail, trade or auction house that reaches across. Gold earned in Europe stays in Europe. That makes 2 markets with their own farmers, their own buyers and their own supply, so a rate read in one of them says nothing about the other.
This is why the filter asks for your mega-server before anything else — an order has to be handed over by a character standing in the same region as yours. Our own rates currently follow the gameplay style and come out the same on both mega-servers, but that is a pricing choice, not a sign that the two are connected. Whether Blizzard will offer paid region transfers in Forever has not been announced, and we are not going to guess at it.
Vanilla prices, vanilla scale
Forever keeps the level-60 cap, and with it the vanilla scale: 1,000 gold is not a rounding error here, it is the biggest thing most characters ever save for. Blizzard has now named the number — riding training costs 100 or 1,000 gold depending on the tier, and the first mount comes free with it.
| Amount | Our rate | Market today | What it buys |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20g | $1.40 | $1.47 | the smallest order any seller takes |
| 50g | $3.50 | $3.68 | bags and a few trainer ranks |
| 100g | $7.00 | $7.36 | riding training at 40, with change |
| 250g | $17.50 | $18.40 | a profession past the early walls |
| 500g | $35.00 | $36.80 | consumables for a guild's first raid |
| 1,000g | $70.00 | $73.60 | the top tier of riding training, the biggest sink in the game |
At the Normal (PvE) rate. Multiply by 0.86 for PvP, by 3.14 for Roleplay.
Why the price is all over the place
7 sellers are already trading beta gold and they do not agree with each other. The cheapest is a platform with farmers behind it; the dearest, Juvixted, asks 144 times as much for the same coin.

Forever has no realms
Blizzard did away with individual servers. Each region is a single mega-server and everyone inside it shares one world: the Americas are one, Europe is another, Asia is a third. Inside your region you pick a gameplay style rather than a server, and character names are unique across the whole region.
For gold this removes the oldest problem in Classic — a seller who plays on the wrong realm and needs a transfer before they can hand you anything. In Forever the seller is already standing in your world. What still divides you is the faction: mail and trade are same-faction only, exactly as in 2004.
Why WoW Forever gold costs what it does
Four decisions about the game, and what each one does to the rate.
No Token, no paid levelling. Nothing anywhere in Forever turns money into gold. In retail that demand is absorbed by Blizzard at a price they set; here it has nowhere to go except to another player, and that single absence is what makes this market exist at all.
Level 60, and the original Azeroth as the whole game. The world grows sideways rather than upward: 4 new zones, 9 dungeons and the Skyborne as a playable race at launch, the first 3 raids on December 9, Hardcore in the winter. More content against the same 60 levels means the coin keeps its job instead of being written off by the next expansion.
One sink everybody saves toward. Riding training costs 100 or 1,000 gold depending on the tier, mount included. A fixed target that every character walks toward is what gives the rate a floor — and the developers called that price an aspirational goal on purpose.
A supply made only of hours. With no tap anywhere, every coin on sale was farmed, so the rate follows how many people are out gathering this week rather than anything Blizzard sets. That is why WoW Forever gold opens at its highest and falls from there, and why the week you buy in matters more than the name on the listing. The long version is here →
How WoW Forever gold reaches you
3 ways, all of them inside the game, none of them asking for your password. You place the order on the seller's site — this site takes no payment and holds no stock.
Pick style and faction
The rate follows the style. The faction decides who can physically hand you the coin — an order on the wrong side cannot be delivered at all.
Order on the seller's site
You leave this page for Onlyfarms and pay there. We are a directory: no checkout here, no card details, no Battle.net login anywhere in the flow.
Mail, trade or the auction house
Three routes into your bags, and the seller picks the one their stock can actually do today. Mail ignores layering entirely; the other two need both of you in the same place at the same minute.
Three routes for WoW Forever gold, and what each one costs
Mail. The coin is posted to your mailbox and sits there until you log in. Nothing has to be timed, layering cannot interfere, and that is why most orders end up here.
Face to face. The trade window, in person. Fastest of the three and the only one that confirms itself in front of your eyes — but it needs both characters online in the same minute, and a party invite to put you on the same layer before the window will open at all.
The auction house. You list something nobody else wants at the agreed figure and the seller buys it. It moves large amounts without a meeting, and it is the expensive route: the house keeps a cut of every completed sale, and that cut comes out of the seller's margin rather than your order.
How long any of it takes is decided by the stock behind the listing and by whether a courier is logged in, not by the size of what you bought. A seller who cannot say which route is ready today is telling you about the shelf, not about the route.
Hardcore is not on sale, by anyone
Blizzard brings Hardcore to Forever later this winter, after the November launch, so there is no Hardcore gold to sell — whatever a beta listing at $138.57 per gold implies. What happens when you die →
Where WoW Forever gold on sale comes from
Nobody mints WoW Forever gold. Every coin on every listing was picked up by somebody playing.
With the Token ruled out and paid boosts ruled out with it, Forever has no mechanism that turns money into gold inside the world. That is the whole reason this market has the shape it does: in retail the demand is absorbed by Blizzard at a price they set, and here it has nowhere to go except to another player. A seller's stock is farmed exactly the way yours would be — ore and herbs off the gathering routes, drops and vendor trash out of dungeon runs, margins made on the auction house — and the depth of the shelf is set by how many hours went into it last week.
Two things follow from that, and both are worth a look before you spend. The first is that stock runs out: a listing claiming every gameplay style at once on a world two weeks old is quoting an intention rather than a shelf. The second is less comfortable. A market supplied by farming attracts industrial farming, and the farms already working the beta are the only part of this supply chain that leaves a visible trace in the world. The rate on the board is the result of both kinds of hours, and nobody publishes the split — ourselves included.
What people ask before buying
Can you buy gold in WoW Forever right now?
Not the WoW Forever gold you will actually play with. The game launches November 4, 2026, and the beta is wiped the same day — everything on sale today lives on a test character that does not survive into the live game. The rates here are launch-day rates.
We are a directory: we post what sellers list, take no payment ourselves and hold no stock.
Is there a WoW Token in Forever?
No. Blizzard has ruled out both the Token and paid boosts. In retail anyone who wants gold badly enough buys a Token and the demand never reaches a player; here that door is shut, which is exactly why gold costs what it does.
Which realm should I pick?
There are none to pick. One mega-server per region, a gameplay style inside it, and character names unique across the whole region. Any page still offering you a Forever realm list is describing a game that was cancelled before it shipped.
Can Alliance and Horde trade gold with each other?
No. Mail and the trade window are same-faction only, exactly as in 2004. Putting everyone on one mega-server changed where you play, not who you can hand things to — so pick the faction your character actually plays, not the cheaper line.
Where does a seller's WoW Forever gold actually come from?
From play, because there is no other source. Forever has no Token and no paid levelling, so nothing inside the game turns money into gold: every coin on a listing was farmed on gathering routes, pulled out of dungeon runs or made on the auction house. That is also why stock runs out — a shelf is only as deep as last week's hours behind it, whoever put them in.
How long does WoW Forever gold delivery take?
It follows the stock and the route, not the size of the order. Mail asks nothing of you but logging in afterwards; a face-to-face trade and an auction house hand-off both need you and the courier online in the same minute. The delivery time a seller publishes sits next to their rate on the price tracker, which is the honest half of any listing.
Which gameplay style has the cheapest WoW Forever gold?
Whichever one is being farmed hardest that week. The rate follows supply, so the order of Normal, PvP and Roleplay on the board moves as players move between them, and naming one here would be wrong by the next reading. The table at the top of this page is sorted for you — and a coin bought for the wrong style cannot be carried to another one afterwards.
How much WoW Forever gold does a character need?
Less than a round number in a calculator suggests. Riding is the one large bill of the climb at 100 or 1,000 gold depending on the tier; everything after it — bags, repairs, respecs, profession materials — is small on its own and only adds up across weeks. What the mount costs has the figures, and the staged plan covers earning it instead.
Is buying gold against the rules?
Yes, and the rules just got harder. Blizzard's EULA has always prohibited trading in-game currency for real money. On the September 17, 2026 Q&A they went further for Forever: GDKP is banned outright, they intend to watch the economy actively, and they said they have been too lenient with gold buyers in the past.
We are not going to pretend otherwise on a site that exists to help you buy it.
